Who we are

Lena Berlin, PA-C

Founder, CEO

Lena is a board-certified, licensed Physician Associate. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant (PA) Studies in Manhattan and has been in practice since 2008, with extensive experience in Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Emergency Medicine.

Her love for aesthetics inspired her to attain several certifications in aesthetic medicine, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, advanced facial aesthetics, as well as advanced facial anatomy cadaver training. Lena also holds a board certification in Aesthetics from the American Academy of Procedural Medicine.

The vision of Berlin Beauty was born and created with a mission to help others improve their self-confidence and become the best form of themselves. Her conservative approach allows her to create natural, but effective results. Her work can best be described as the perfect blend of art and science that is balanced, beautiful, and precise. Lena specializes in natural-looking results, optimizing each person’s individual beauty.

Lena’s dedication, passion for learning, aesthetic eye, ability to balance proportions, in addition to her gentle hands and warm personality and hard-working nature are what makes her unique.

Lena is passionate about health and wellness, with interest in interior design, cooking, learning new things, dancing, languages, and traveling with her husband and three kids.

Fred Berlin, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Berlin completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency at The Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City, followed by subspecialty training during his clinical fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at The Mount Sinai Medical Center. He is double board-certified in Diagnostic and Vascular Interventional Radiology.

A highly trained expert in minimally invasive, image-guided therapies, Dr. Berlin has special interest and expertise in cosmetic procedures. As an Interventional Radiologist, Dr Berlin combines his deep understanding of human anatomy with expert technique,

Dr. Berlin has been rated a “Top Doctor” by the New Jersey Monthly magazine in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. Jersey Choice Top Doctor awards are presented to New Jersey physicians who are voted by their physician peers as being the most competent and compassionate practitioners.

Dr. Berlin was involved in numerous clinical trials, publications, abstracts, and scientific exhibits and has been invited to lecture and present his clinical research in the field of minimally invasive interventions at multiple conferences.

In his spare time, Dr Berlin enjoys exercising, traveling with his wife and their three children and learning languages. Dr. Berlin speaks Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, Ukrainian, Italian and French.
